In a surprising turn of events, the 2024 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America has emerged as the latest addition to Harley's exclusive Custom Vehicle Operations lineup. Three years ago, if someone had bet against the Pan America making its way into the CVO series, they would have lost big. The renowned adventure bike, breaking away from tradition, now proudly bears the CVO emblem for 2024, becoming the first dirtworthy model in this elite lineup known for its exceptional finishes, unique components, and meticulous attention to detail.

Dressed in the striking Legendary Orange with Raven Metallic and Atlas Silver paint scheme on the fuel tank and fairing, the 2024 CVO Pan America stands out with CVO 25th Anniversary graphics adorning the outer fairing and console insert.

However, unlike the typical CVO formula of technological enhancements, engine tweaks, and extravagant paint jobs, the CVO Pan America maintains the essence of the Pan America 1250 Special, albeit with some flashy CVO touches. The stock Pan America 1250 Special boasts the potent 150 hp Revolution Max 1250 engine with VVT, housed in a steel trellis frame with a one-piece cast aluminum swingarm. It features a 47mm inverted fork with electronically adjustable semi-active front and rear suspension, a 6.8-inch touchscreen display with various ride modes, and a suite of electronic rider aids, including cornering ABS, traction control, vehicle hold lift mitigation, and more.

The CVO version takes it up a notch by incorporating accessories from Harley-Davidson's extensive catalog. Notable additions include the Adaptive Ride Height suspension, a Screamin’ Eagle quickshifter for clutchless shifts, SW-Motech-designed aluminum cases, an aluminum skid plate, extra lighting, and tubeless laced wheels (optional on the standard model). The Advanced Daymaker Adaptive LED headlight utilizes the IMU to determine lean angle, enhancing visibility on the road.

In order to truly fit into the CVO family, the Pan America receives distinctive visual enhancements, such as color-matched red crash bars and subframe, extending to the saddle. As a CVO model marking the 25th anniversary of Custom Vehicle Operations, the bike proudly showcases CVO 25th Anniversary graphics on the outer fairing and console insert, complementing the small CVO graphic on each case. The Ontario connection adds a unique touch to this extraordinary adventure-tourer.
